→ Clerical & Supervisory (Graduate and above) — ₹24,356/month
How the Rate Is Structured
Delhi's minimum wage has two components — a fixed Basic component and a Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) revised periodically against the All India CPI, nominally twice a year around April and October.

A purported "October 2025" revision (figures around ₹19,846 / ₹21,813 / ₹23,905 for unskilled/semi-skilled/skilled) circulated widely online and was even picked up by some HR blogs, citing an order dated 13 October 2025.
